Return window

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to request a return

To request a return, email billing@123pbx.net with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will confirm the return instructions before you send the item back.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method where applicable.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We will help arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, missing accessories, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
