Consultancy Charges
For businesses requiring consultancy services, we offer FREE consultancy over the phone. If you prefer a face-to-face consultation at your office, we provide one-off sessions at a fixed rate of £50, excluding VAT.
Call-Out Charges:
A call-out fee of £50 will be applied for an engineer to attend your premises. This fee is charged in addition to the cost of any work carried out on-site. The standard rate for on-site work is £100 per hour, calculated based on the total time spent at your premises.
Example:
Call-out fee: £50
1 hour of on-site work: £100
Total: £150 (excluding VAT)
Remote Support:
Please note that remote support is subject to a minimum charge of £60 per hour. This minimum fee applies even if the issue is resolved in less than 30 minutes.
Example: Remote support lasting 2 hours will be billed as follows: £60 + £60 = £120 (excluding VAT).
Please note: All stated prices are subject to VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate of 20%.
