• if you are using any third party mobile app to connect to our server, we will have access to your call log information for calls made using the mobile app.

• if you are accessing any of our services through your account using third party social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google, or use a social media feature through our website or services, specific Personal Information from the third party social media services may be shared with us; for example, friend lists, interests and “likes”. You can amend the share settings via the privacy options in your social media accounts.

123pbx does not provide services to persons under the age of 18 years. 123pbx does not knowingly promote or obtain Personal Information from persons under the age of 18 years. 3. Limitations of Use and Disclosure and Retention
Personal Information will only be kept and used for the purposes it was collected and as consented by you, the individual or as permitted by law. Personal Information will only be retained as long as necessary for the intended purposes specified or as otherwise required by law. 123pbx may reveal a customer’s Personal Information to:
• in an emergency situation to emergency services.
• a credit reference or debt collections agency.
• to a third party for the supply of services.
• To an individual involved in the development, marketing or promotion of 123pbx’s services.

All of our customers have the right to opt-out of direct marketing and promotions sent by email, post, or verbal communication (this excludes information in reference to your monthly billing).
