Our unlimited minutes Fair Usage Policy applies to any businesses holding a contract with us. Should you exceed the use of 3000 minutes on your service, we will suspend the services immediately. If we consider it appropriate, we may choose to offer you another call plan based on your usage. We reserve the right to terminate your service immediately, if an alternative call plan is offered and you disagree to move to the new call plan. In this instance termination charges will apply.
During each monthly billing period, our Unlimited call plans are subject to a limit of 3000 minutes. This limit is applicable on inclusive outbound calls to UK landline numbers starting with 01, 02 and 03. Unless specified, calls to mobiles are not included.
