The Direct Debit guarantee is offered by banks and building societies accepting a direct debit payment scheme.
- If there are any changes to the date, amount or regularity of your Direct Debit, 123pbx will notify you 10 working days prior to your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
- If an error is made by 123pbx or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank or building society of the amount paid.
- If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back to 123pbx when requested.
- You could cancel a direct debit at any time by writing to your bank or building society. Please notify us of this change in writing.
- The Guarantee covers Direct Debit payments made to us. It cannot be used to address contractual disputes between You and 123pbx.
