Should your account remain unpaid 40 days after the invoice date, a late payment fee of £20 will be applied. If the invoice remains unpaid beyond this point, the matter will be referred to our appointed debt recovery agency, who will act on our behalf. Please note that additional charges may be incurred as a result of this process.
